Background
Hi, I’m Jennifer.
Hi, I’m Jennifer.
I build human-centered products that make business sense.
I build human-centered products that make business sense.

I didn’t start out in product management.
My journey began in design, creating visual stories for brands that wanted to feel more human.
Then, as I built my own fragrance brand, Naya Scents, I realized something: people don’t stay loyal because of packaging or ads.
They stay because you solve something that matters to them, and make it effortless to experience.
That discovery led me to product management.
Now, I blend design intuition, customer empathy, and strategic thinking to help teams build products that users love and businesses grow from.

My Philosophy
Great products are born at the intersection of empathy, clarity, and iteration.
Great products are born at the intersection of empathy, clarity, and iteration.
To me, product management isn’t about features — it’s about understanding what truly drives users, and making sure every decision aligns with a clear goal.
Whether it’s mapping user pain points, analyzing behavioral data, or collaborating with engineers and designers, I build with three principles in mind.

My Journey
From scent bottles to strategy boards.
My path into product management wasn’t a straight line — it was an evolution of curiosity, empathy, and the desire to make things work better for people.
Each phase taught me something new about how humans experience products, from what attracts them, to what keeps them loyal, to what drives real value.

Naya Scents: Where it all began
Naya Scents: Where it all began
I founded Naya Scents, a direct-to-consumer perfume brand. It became a lesson in customer psychology, brand experience, and business strategy.
That’s where I first learned to ask:
“What does the user feel, and how can I make that feeling easier to reach?”

Visual Communication through Design
Visual Communication through Design
My curiosity about storytelling through visuals led me to graphic design.
Over time, I worked across freelance, contract, and full-time roles, helping brands translate their identity into visuals that resonated.
This phase sharpened my eye for user perception and the value of consistency, the kind of thinking that now fuels how I communicate product value.

Transition into Product Design
Transition into Product Design
I transitioned into product design, where my focus shifted from aesthetics to usability.
Here, I learned how to structure experiences, define user flows, and validate design decisions with data and user feedback.
It was no longer just about how things looked, but how they worked.

Product Management: Connecting Every Dot
Product Management: Connecting Every Dot
I officially transitioned into product management, combining my creative roots with analytical thinking.
Leading product discovery, defining success metrics, and aligning business goals with user needs felt like the natural next step.
I finally had the full picture, from storytelling to strategy.
